Well no shit, nothing in a corporation exists to serve
the employees, ultimately it all exists to get a job done.
Shoe factories make shoes, not jobs or employee wellness.
Lots of people don't understand this fact though. They
think HR exists to help the employees. Instead, HR
exists to protect the company FROM the employees.
That seems naive. Unless the job getting done is
personal empire building. Because that seems to be where
most of the effort in the carpeted sections of the
building is going.
I have never been hired by HR, always a manager who
understands what HE wants from a prospect. HR would stack
hundreds of resume's and ponder over them for
months...................I hate HR cunts. No woman should
ever be in a position of power
HR has one job, which is to find applicants, and even
then, they don't want to do that either. They use ATS
until it gives them back a notification of a match. HR
couldn't be more useless at this point
It's the worst in technical disciplines. They put a bunch
of 90 IQ bimbos in charge of evaluating highly skilled
professionals and somehow no one thinks it's a problem.
These HR imbeciles always use simple-minded heuristics and
rules-of-thumb to whittle down the list of candidates
because they literally have no clue about the subject
they're hiring for. They always have a degree and consider
themselves "educated" -- but it's always
a liberal arts degree, without exception.
They toss this shit through online AI like indeed, take
months to decide, then let a skilled manager take the
risk of hiring in person. So really, other than handle
status change, or filing employee folders, what do they
add in value. My niece is HR for a major Def
contractor............hires are recommended, she dosn't
do shit, all who ya know
HR Departments always seem like a kid's area. Whenever
I'm in the section there are Disney posters, toys, cutesy
little animal photos, they are playing games on their
computers- I'm never met an HR employee that is a fully
realized adult.
I just listened to a street shitter and a pregnant bitch
talk about how not enough shit skins and women are getting
promoted in our office. It never occurred to them that
promotions are based on merit not sex and race. They are
overtly racist and sexist but they think they are doing this
to stop racism and sexism. The hypocrisy is palpable. I
should sue because they are making a hostile work
environment.
Most of my friends work for large corporations. All
promotions are based on sex and race. They are told that
promotions are based on sex and race. Most companies will
only promote based on sex and race. Qualifications do not
matter
Which is why the white race is giving up on employment
and promotions. Also why Microsoft and every big company
has completely crap product offerings now, there simply
isn't any innovation or product quality coming out of
these places. MS famously fired the entire QA team, and
replaced it with the insider program, where people could
opt in to become free QA testers. And before long, most
of these companies will be bought out once they fail,
ushering in one massive conglomerate company similar to
Samsung, which can provide everything from housing, to
groceries, to software, to finance. The only reason the
original names are kept, is to give the illusion of
choice, so as to not wake people up from the slumber of
tyrrany
Uber loves diversity so much they hired a transexual
hispanic felon to be the safety driver of their self
driving test vehicle. That diversity hire watched tv on
its phone while the self driving uber killed a homeless
jaywalker. Uber learned nothing from this even though it
probably knocked a few billion off their ipo.
My wife had training last week and they asked if she
worked overtime, she said yes. They then handed her a
waiver to sign. She read it and found out that they were
waiving the OT for missed meals because they work 12 hour
shifts.
Is it even legal to have waivers for OT requirements?
I'm pretty sure you can't sign a piece of paper that
absolves someone from committing a federal crime against
you.
Where I work, a job opening is announced publicly on our
website. Then everyone can apply. Normally for more
specialized positions, we only hire from within due to
required experience.
However, HR decided to cancel an opening and do a direct
transfer from another site due to some cunt's "reasonable
accommodation" request. Thanks to this "RA", HR just gave
her the job. Their excuse was "we think she's qualified"
and it satisfies her "RA" request.
Turns out "Shaniqua" has no experience in what we
do. She asked if there was any training. There is no
training. It's a Lead position, meaning you should have
already been doing the job. Second, HR is telling us WE have
to accommodate her in which software to use to communicate
with her since she will be a virtual employee and prefers
not to use the established software that the entire company
uses.
So yeah, this bitch hasn't even started yet and has already
proven to be a worthless piece of shit.
I have a prime example of this. My local lowes is invested
with women who dont know shit cant lift a god damn thing and
cause problems at every level. There should be a minimum
weight lifting capacity to be fucking hired at lowes. They
all have colored fucking hair majority are minorities and i
hardly ever complain i have called managment 2 times about
this store and now i drive out of my way to go to other
lowes especialy the one with a bunch of older white dudes
working who know what the fuck is going on in a hardware
store!
Its funny it was a butch dyke who helped me unload the
oven i was bringing back... damn oven jew joke should be
here some where. Any ways she actualy could help and we
got it loaded and returned.
lot of jobs like that do have a minimum weight lift
requirement, but instead of there being a barbell set for
you to prove it. The hiring manager usually just
offhandedly asks in the last minute or so of the interview
if you can lift however many pounds.
HR is hired by the corporation to protect it from the
government. They are the litigation equivalent of security
guards. Who you gonna blame here - the people hired to
protect the interests of capital, or the government that
provides the ongoing threat to those interests? You know
what happens to employers that don't have HR? They get sued
out of existence, that's what. HR is a symptom, not the
problem.
Corporations (the legal fiction of an entity granted
individual status whereby real individuals can take public
gains and offload private liability) is where the corruption
and poison of government truly enters the mainstream water,
it's analogous to what corporations do all the time: toxic
waste and poisoning the air, ceos and board members walk
away liability free, pockets full of cash, while the public
gets cancer. HR departments are merely a sub manifestation
of this greater evil. The gloss and makeup for the Devil.
Just your daily reminder that these people are the
problem.
They're a symptom. The reason you have to sit through those
cultural marxist indoctrination sensitivity training
sessions is because the company can be sued to hell and back
for "bias incidents." Take away those laws and most
companies go back to not giving a shit again. The ones that
don't will have a hell of a time holding on to productive
workers.
We have diversity training, micro aggression training, safe
space, all that shit that couldn't be real is, and I live it
every day. We can't hold the door open for people, we can
only make jokes against Trump, God forbid if your not
inclusive in everything you do.
Come to work in America! We have: Robotic HR workers, mind
numbingly awful middle management, taxes to take away
whatever you earn! Why stay in Mexico when you could have
all this?
If your company gets one jew in the HR department your
company is fucked. The first thing they do is start pulling
in more jews, then it's all down hill to diversity.
Most corporate HR departments are run by failed
(((lawyers))) who set the policy, delegate the mid-level
management to cynical, psychopathic control-freaks, who in
turn hire dumb-as-dirt SJWs to do the low-level dirty work.
The only decent people in HR are some of the
recruiters who have to do the real hard work of screening
and hiring while playing by completely unrealistic diversity
quota rules.
We used to not even have HR departments in a legal sense.
Arguments and problems between employees and employers were
so uncommon that it wasn't even deemed a necessary expense.
Now, with the whole "feelings over facts" mentality, people
tend to want to create their own micro societies of
different ideas that certain groups agree upon. Rather than
recognizing the rights of everyone as an individual and as a
whole, there's only one side that gets to win. Though, in
some ways, this is technically correct, both sides of the
argument have merit, it is just difficult to accept for most
snowflakes that someone who has an opinion that doesn't
conform to yours might challenge you to think and actually
explain yourself.
every where I've worked they were staffed by black feminist
hambeasts with hyphenated last names and at least one child
that was 14 years younger than they were.
